  28. retrieval system which includes full conferencing/Email, bulletin board and CE
  29. abstracts/biographical information.

  31. CERCnet is located in the Concurrent Engineering Research Center (CERC) at
  32. West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. CERC's mission is to
  33. promote and facilitate the adoption of concurrent engineering technology by 
  34. U.S. industrial users and suppliers. The Center has a strong education and
  35. training mission and serves as an important vehicle for transferring this
  36. technology to U.S. industry and the Department of Defense.
